Thought I'd make it 'Day of the Kings', after earlier submitting the fractal King Tut. These are the incredible turret-like seed-heads of nectaroscordum, a plant that deserves wider appreciation.

No, those are allium sphaerociphalon (I'm guessing! - it's just that we had some near the nectaroscordum, and they're definitely related - allium family) :)
